The inevitable few pounds you gain in the dark cold days of winter have made their presence known. My pants started getting a little tight. But when my elastic running shorts were snug - that is what we call rock bottom people.
Thanks to running and, for the most part, healthy breakfasts and lunches during the week, things aren't too out of hand. I've returned to my faithful friends over at sparkpeople to help me again reacquaint myself with normal portion sizes and calorie counts. It's painful.
If you need me, I'll be carefully measuring out my hummus and fruit.
