Couch and chair one:
We haven't been able to sit on these and test them out, so that's a con. We're working on that. Pro, we get to pick out any fabric. Con, 4-6 week delivery time.
Couch and chair two:
Comfortable. Deep. Available locally, so no wait time. I would really prefer a khaki, but this has khaki in it. Sigh.
I'm very indecsicive. Please chime in with thoughts, opinions, experience. It is MUCH appreciated.

Well... since you asked... we had to have our furniture custom ordered. It was supposed to take 6 weeks, but ended up being more like 8. We sat on beach chairs in the living room while we waited, but it was totally worth it to have the furniture exactly like we wanted. Now it's been 3+ years since then, so in retrospect 8 weeks was nothing. You're going to have this stuff for a long, long time, so make sure you really love it before taking the plunge. Good luck!
I like both! I think the second set is a little more casual with the more obvious pattern and texture. Either is really versatile though. I don' think you can go wrong.
Me likey both. See good "Movie Nights with the Searsons" and "Game Nights where Erin & Christina Dominate" on both versions. Agree with Melissa - the second one looks a little more casual.
