Pigtails and the Park

Last night, I got to go spend some time down the street with my nieces. I was so excited that Kate was in a great mood and loved Aunt Erin last night. With those terrible twos, you never know what mood you're going to get. I can relate a little.

After dinner, Miss Priss even requested I put bows in her hair. She usually only lets her locks fall freely. No ponytails or ribbons for this girl. This was as close as she would let me get to pigtails, but doesn't she look precious? I just could eat her up!

We made it to the park, where the bows were quickly deemed a nuisance, and I was asked to remove them. So, I had to snap another photo. Her photo face is pretty consistent.

Harper didn't sit still long enough for me to get a picture of her, but she was rocking her new bright blue crocs, and loved looking at them while running, swinging and sliding. These girls love their shoes!

After last week's menu of bad TV, I swore I was going to do some reading. So, I started this last night.
Doubt this is any better, especially when read during commercial breaks of Real Housewives of New Jersey. Baby steps. Baby steps.
